"Kirk Roberts and his helper Paul did excellent work and went above and beyond to complete the bathrooms when I added extra things. I wanted a deep soaking tub and he tried contacted numerous companies and found just what I wanted. Although he was hired to remodel the bathrooms when I asked if he could do something to stop the rain and snow from landing on my front step and turning to ice in the winter he accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. In addition to their great work ethic (always on time in the morning and stayed to finish a project rather than leave at a certain time) they were always friendly and just very nice people. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I can’t say enough good things about them and have no complaints."

"We were very impressed by Lux Renovations from the very beginning. The design and quoting process for our basement gym project was well conducted and professional, easy to follow, and thorough. Unlike other contractors we had an estimate the project, a detailed drawing, selected all materials and colors, and had a detailed cost and timeline while the Lux representative was at our house. The Project Management and build team was excellent to work with. Their work was top notch, clean, and completed on time and budget. We couldn't be happier with our basement home gym."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

They completed the job on time and each day cleaned up keeping disruption to a minimum. Further, they helped with a small plumbing project that is helping to keep our front gardens in bloom! "Honestly I’m pretty disappointed. This is a quote from my mother. “Heads up to anyone that hires SNYDERS SEASON REPAIR. He quoted me an estimate of $5000 to remove bad subfloor in 4 rooms of my mobile home . Next morning he calls me and tells me the total will be $10,000 . He said he would make up a contract . Paid half upfront and second half when done . Never got the contract even after I asked for it . He said he was "printing" it out . Never got one . Took one whole day to do my living room which is not that big . They (his helper) walked around more than working on the floor . He and his helper also brought their girlfriends . Nothing professional there . I have photo's of the Uneven floors in my kitchen and in the hallway there's a gap and I can see the ground through it to underneath the trailer . All I have are my returned checks for proof of payment. I hope he has friends that can relay this post . Fortunately I have someone that can fix this mess. BUYER BE WARE ... I learned a very expensive lesson . I would ask for some money back but that would only lead into more disappointment and I don't want him in my home again .” Thank you for completely robbing my mother and taking advantage of a simple job that you did NOT finish. Or CONSTRUCT proper business. No proof. No contract. Lazy workers who bring personal liability (girlfriends) on the job with no recognition of responsibility OR RESPECT for clients privacy and home. We have video recording and screen shots of poor work ethic and complete unprofessionalism. Would not recommend in the least. Honestly wouldn’t even have put a star but it was required to post this. Good luck to anyone hiring this company and wants a half a** job done with triple the price 24 hours later."

"I wrote the C review. 3 years later, the windows leak every year and there is a leak in another room under the roofing that Sean "fixed." I have just learned that there are holes (where he put his scaffolding) above the leaking area. The windows were new and the only leaks are below the holes. I have spoken to other roofers who say it was a very poor job and should be redone."
