"Having a leak that was making a puddle in my crawlspace, I was delighted that the dispatcher was able to schedule a crew to come to us just a few hours later.  The crew (two gentlemen) arrived on time and were extremely courteous and friendly.  They found the leaky pipe and fixed the problem very quickly.  They also checked on a water pressure problem we are having and discovered a faulty pump switch, which they also replaced promptly.  The problem was covered by my home warranty and I had been authorized to go out of network since none of their providers were available to deal with my leak.  Though Alexander Plumbing was not in their service list, they had no problem dealing with the Authorization Department of the warranty to clear up my bill. <br /> Truly a treat.  I will go back to them for any future work.  <br />"

"I was very pleased with the service I received from Sheridan plumbing.  At first I thought the price to unclog the kitchen sink was a little pricey (200 and change) but it was a flat fee as opposed to an hourly fee and he ended up having to cut a pipe in the basement in order to unclog it and did not charge any extra.  He gave very helpful advice but did not try and upsell expensive modifications to the plumbing.  He did point out things we may want to consider in the future.  He was polite, friendly, and cleaned up everything when he was done.  I was very appreciative they were able to come on a Saturday.  I called many plumbers and their prices were comparable to other quotes I received. <br />"
