"It went exceptionally well!!! Andrei was able to get started on the job very quickly. He and his crew showed-up every morning right on time and got right to work. They were always courteous and professional. I found them to be quite versatile and competent in their skills. Whenever I would come up with a question, no matter who I was speaking to, they always listened, gave me their full attention and responded knowledgeably. The new roof and cedar shingles were done perfectly and they cleaned up around the house and left the grounds probably looking a bit better than how it looked when they arrived. Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!"

"It could not have gone better. The crew came on time and worked late each day. A few days were extremely hot, but they worked through it. When the job was finished, two neighbors told me that they watched the progress, and each neighbor commented that the crew was very hard working. One said, "I've never seen such a hard-working crew. "Initial meeting with Power was very informative and professional. They do try to push you to purchase right there and then with a 1 time discount. Did our entire roof in one day in January. The crew was on time and polite. It was dark by the time they finished and they were going around my house with a cell phone flashlight trying to finish clean up. They missed some debris (old shingle scraps) in the backyard. The dumpster was supposed to picked up the next day but wasn't picked up for a few days after I spoke with the Qaulity Control Manager."

He provided a quote, and then came and did the work a few days later. Then he showed us what he had done.
