"Following up of my previous review of this company post Hurricane Ian. Phoenix Contracting replaced my rolled asphalt flat roof about 3 weeks prior to Hurricane Ian hitting on September 28, 2022. I am very happy to inform you that nothing on my roof moved. I inspected the roof and it is as tight as the day it passed final inspection."

"I did hours of research, interviewed eight contractors on round one , and drove them nuts with questions. When complete, I pretty much knew that Roman roofing would be my choice but to make myself happy I went through two round two with a lesser number of contractors and, as I suspected Roman was my choice. Since I Cannot say anything negative about the whole reroof process with Roman Roofing I will list the positives. I received a Detailed Estimate including all materials by brand name ( I wanted all materials from a single manufacturer) Price was mid range between 8 contractors interviewed which is where I like to be. My actual Start date was much earlier than estimated. Tear off of old shingles, two layers of underlayment, replacement of bad plywood, all plywood renailed to current code, New underlayment and drip edge installed ….all in one day. New shingles complete in one day Excellent cleanup after the job was complete. In addition , I felt comfortable throughout the whole process (except for the spending the money part) through the efforts of Roman Representative Ralph Chianese. He answered all my questions in detail and offered me insights into the insurance process that no other contractor even mentioned. Can’t say enough about Ralph but if all their reps are on a par with him you will be in good hands. That all said my Rating is 5 stars."

"I had two other companies tell me that I needed a complete roof replacement, which was going to cost me a fortune. When Saint Raphael Roofing came out for an inspection, the technician told me that my roof actually had five to seven years of life left. He explained that a few simple repairs and some maintenance on the pipe boots would solve my current leaks for a fraction of the cost. I was so impressed by their honesty that I hired them on the spot to do the repairs. They didn't try to pressure me into a contract I didn't need or use "scare tactics" about my roof's condition. When the time eventually comes for a full replacement, I won't even call for other quotes. I trust this company implicitly because they put the customer?s needs above their own profit margins."

"The roof installation went extremely well, no problems. Tim H in customer service proved outstanding service in scheduling a follow up inspection and expediting the actual inspection. His manner and professionalism put me at ease during a hectic time for me. Thumbs up!!"

"After a huge hail storm in our area, I had obvious damage to my roof and gutters. Trademark was one of three companies I had out to do an estimate. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. Trademark was insturmental in helping me know how to handle the situation so that I would not be bullied by my insurance company. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. They recommended that I go to litigation, told me they would attend litigation with me, and fight on my behalf, without any guarantee of getting compensation. During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to. I am not sure that any other roofing company would have been as dedication and professional."

"Good work in a timely manner"

"Over the years Iâ ve used several roofing contractors, these days most give you the impression theyâ re too busy for you. From my first transaction, to the clients Iâ ve recommended Top Hot Roofing to they continue to deliver each time. Every price is fair, installs are timely and always a clean job site! When youâ re word is all you have Iâ ll continue to recommend Top Hat Roofing for anyone in need of a roofing contractor! Thank you Top Hat team!"

"The job was done professionally and on schedule. Excellent work and excellent warrantee. Only problem was their job estimate significantly underestimated the final cost. The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."

"After hurricane ian our condo was restored to normal thanks to the Roofing Group. Professional workmanship on our beautiful new tiled roof. Paul is excellent with communication throughout his projects. We would hire the Roofing Group again."
