"I would love to give 5 stars but I can't except for the installers. I was supposed to get a call to set up install on my acrylic lanai sliders, instead I was called on a Monday morning at 8:45am saying they wanted to come that morning. We were not going to be home and also had to clear out our lanai for the workers. Set up appointment for the next morning. Gabriel and Raul came to do the work. They were excellent. We were able to reuse some of the frames and tracks from my old sliders but they showed me how they were poorly installed by another company and they made sure to correct everything to meet Sun Controls standards. As they were working on the brand new section I asked about the screen replacement on my order. They knew nothing about it and screen material was not delivered to the job site. They had to readjust what they were doing and get the screen delivered. It added to the time they had to spend on my project. This was an unfortunate lapse on the part of the team that schedule the job. Four stars for lack of execution on scheduling my install and preparation to fill my order as written."

He ensured the shed was raised to safeguard against flooding, removed the old flooring, and installed new flooring with stable footing and appropriate underside support. Furthermore, he built a staircase. His professionalism and the company's service were impressive, prompting me to enthusiastically recommend them.
