Frank and Raul dd great work. -3 Sun Control also replaced 15 windows with storm-strength glass. Super job- the house is much more energy efficient and QUIET- no more street noise. "It went very well.  Price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we had received from other companies.  Quality of the work was great.  Bob (the owner) patiently explained all the details to us--everything from installing the shutters in the event of a hurricane warning to explaining how the shutters were labeled for each window.  Bob was very accessible and either answered a phone call right away or responded promptly to a voicemail we had left.  He also responded via email.  Bob was very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with.  His workmen were both very professional.  Overall it was a very good experience and we would not hesitate to recommend the company to a friend or neighbor.

Mr. Brown responded to our call immediately, but couldn't make it until the next day due to the lateness of the hour. We scheduled to be the first appointment of his day, 8:30am. Unfortunately, he had to wait for some parts and was delayed an hour. Once here, Mr. Brown was efficient, and after listening to me describe the problem, got to work diagnosing the problem. Functioning easily in a very tight space behind our refrigerator (Mr. Brown is not a small man), he quickly eliminated the dreaded compressor possibility and climbed out from behind. Next he checked the temperature control board, where he found the problem. Luckily, he had the part in his truck, which he installed and the fridge has been working great ever since.
