"I did hours of research, interviewed eight contractors on round one , and drove them nuts with questions. When complete, I pretty much knew that Roman roofing would be my choice but to make myself happy I went through two round two with a lesser number of contractors and, as I suspected Roman was my choice. Since I Cannot say anything negative about the whole reroof process with Roman Roofing I will list the positives. I received a Detailed Estimate including all materials by brand name ( I wanted all materials from a single manufacturer) Price was mid range between 8 contractors interviewed which is where I like to be. My actual Start date was much earlier than estimated. Tear off of old shingles, two layers of underlayment, replacement of bad plywood, all plywood renailed to current code, New underlayment and drip edge installed ….all in one day. New shingles complete in one day Excellent cleanup after the job was complete. In addition , I felt comfortable throughout the whole process (except for the spending the money part) through the efforts of Roman Representative Ralph Chianese. He answered all my questions in detail and offered me insights into the insurance process that no other contractor even mentioned. Can’t say enough about Ralph but if all their reps are on a par with him you will be in good hands. That all said my Rating is 5 stars."

"I'd give them 100 stars if available! Tom kept me appraised of the progress every step of the way. I inherited an old, neglected house. The roof was a total, rotten mess. Tom and I walked the roof after the old roofing was torn off, exposing the deterioration of the underlying structure. He explained to me the different alternatives to reroof and the costs of each. I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost; it was well within what I had budgeted for the project even with the additional cost of replacing rotten wood that I was previously unaware of. I didn't get a metal roof that I thought I wanted because of the low pitch of the roof (1/12), it had nothing to do with the contractor, I chose the final product due to code enforcement regulations. His work crew were very industrious and respectful of my property. I walked the property after they left. I found NO nails, screws or debris left behind. I highly recommend this roofing company for price, courtesy, professionalism, and personal integrity. I am one happy Great-grandma!"

"Jason and Anthony came out to inspect my roof where there were some leaks. Within 2 days my leaks were repaired so I could go vacation with no worries. When I came back, I hired Koala for a complete roof replacement. Anthony was the lead and kept me updated every step of the way with what was taking place and showing me pictures. Their team were spot on and started everyday at 7 am and didn't stop until dark. They cleaned everything up and you couldn't tell that a roof had been torn off and replaced. "After a huge hail storm in our area, I had obvious damage to my roof and gutters. Trademark was one of three companies I had out to do an estimate. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. Trademark was insturmental in helping me know how to handle the situation so that I would not be bullied by my insurance company. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. They recommended that I go to litigation, told me they would attend litigation with me, and fight on my behalf, without any guarantee of getting compensation. During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to. I am not sure that any other roofing company would have been as dedication and professional."
