"I first used Giombetti about 8 years ago when I bought my current house which is close to 100 years old, and I needed to have the knob and tube wiring abated. They were consummate professionals that worked efficiently, and I've used them since then for various projects, but I never left a comment. I just hired them, again, to install a transfer switch, so that when the power goes out, we can safely attach a generator. They installed it quickly, and it has performed flawlessly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. They enjoyed hearing and answering all of my questions, and I truly enjoy having them do my electrical work. I recommend them, and I plan to hire them whenever I need electrical work."

"Work was good but price was insane! Commercial business should call these guys but homeowners beware!! My bill was almost $4,500.00 !!! Requested job with national average 800-1200. No problem with work but they know it’s crazy money. This business thrives on working for nice honest people who they slam with an insane bill!! No way anyone calls them back…..no way! They are a one off. They screw you on a bill (in the mail only, never in person) and then you puke. No one ever calls these clowns back. Get the word out before someone you k ow gets screwed over!! Had to fire them before they finished so they called the plumbing inspector yo try get me in hot water. Basically….they’re scum"

"Very pleased with the work done by Jonathan Fiske. Jonathan delivered the door which we painted ourselves. When it was ready, Jonathan came out within a few days and installed the frame, door and moldings in one day. He also replaced the alarm sensor, made sure proper flashing was installed and took the old door away. He answered all questions that we had. It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend him to others."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"We have used Ecco HVAC over the past few years. The company is outstanding. Steve I believe the co owner is unbelievability knowledgeable, fair and honest. Steve is OUTSTANDING. When was the last time a HVAC Tech told you an item is still good. If I were you I would hold off replacing it. Additionally the companies office manager "Debbie" is excellent. Always friendly with 100 % follow through. It gives me pleasure to write this review and would whole heartily recommend the company!"
