"Tanner was reliable, knowledgeable, thorough and tenacious. My wall ovens were not functioning, and I was expecting a crowd for Thanksgiving. In this day and age just ordering parts can take a lifetime. It is an understatement to say I was a trifle worried. From the moment he arrived (on time), my anxiety began to dissipate. There are so many things to check with computer run modern appliances! Tanner would make a good detective, and he never gave up. Bottom line: My ovens are working again!!! This allowed us to have a fully functioning kitchen again in a timely fashion which was important since we had guests coming to stay. "They say some jobs are too big for the do-it-youselfer, mounting a tv in a recessed alcove above a fireplace may have been one too big for me. Unbelievably, I hit an electric wire inside a wall stud, knocking out power to my living room. I found BRL Solutions on Angies list about 11PM Friday night and emailed them and asked them if they could call me Saturday morning. They did, and Brian showed up as promised at 11:30AM. He quoted me an hourly rate and estimate of completion to fix the wire in the wall and move the outlet to a new location. He repaired the electrical issue in about an 90 minutes. He also told me that he does a lot of TV wall mounts and could finish the installation for me (without any pressure by the way). I didn't think twice about it. I have installed two other wall mounts in my house but this one was far from easy. He had extra bolts for fitting the mount on my TV which was an odd shape. It took him over an hour to install the mount, and hang the tv. And it was NOT an easy or strait forward job. I am pretty sure it would have taken me a lot longer. Brian is small business owner that takes a lot of pride and professionalism in his work. On Friday night, I was left literally in the dark on my project and very annoyed. I needed help and what I got was exactly what I was looking for. I fully attend to use Brian for any future electrical works and would highly recommend him."

"To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."
