"Absolutely the best renovation experience with Doug! My husband discovered Doug through Angie’s List and Doug made room in his schedule to help finish a challenging, partially completed apartment remodelling project in Palmyra. It was such a positive, quality experience, we contracted with Doug and his Rejuvenation Design and Build Team to completely restore one apartment in a 4-family off Monroe Ave. The process with Doug was fun, his craftsmanship in this 1920s apartment was exceptionally detailed, and the place was completed in time to offer to an appreciative new tenant. So we then asked Doug if he’d work with us to completely redesign the bathroom and kitchen in one of our favorite, furnished 1-bedroom apartments in our 1906 Claude Bragdon-designed mansion on East Avenue where we are owner occupants. He drafted an exciting and very ambitious, luxurious, & upscale design integrating our requests/ideas into the plan. We loved it, signed, and stopped renting mid-February to get started. The kitchen and bath was sensitively gutted, renovated as Doug designed, with care and appreciation for an historic property, modifications as needed in an historic home, and with great consideration for our tenants living above and below this apartment. We were absolutely thrilled with the process, Doug’s enthusiastic and experienced eye for design suggestions, and the gorgeous results, and so are our tenants!! "Anthony and his family worked together to remodel our bathroom. The work was done to the highest standard. He was honest and showed up every day (which many contractors don't do), although he didn't work long days so it ended up taking more days than I thought the project should have taken. But he was close to the amount of time he had projected for our project. His strength is tile work. His weakness is dry wall finishing, but overall, the project came out wonderful. His father actually laid the tile and his brother did the grout work.
FYI, he has a standard pattern of laying tile so if you have a specific pattern in mind, be sure he knows about it ahead of time. I made the mistake of not expressing that to him in advance and when I came home he had already laid the floor tile in a pattern that he choose, not the one I wanted. But that was my mistake for not telling him in advance.
He's communicates well and was able to find other contractors do the parts of the project that wasn't his specialty. The price was a little higher than i had initially expected to pay; he had his father and his brother there working with him, so I was paying for 3 laborers. But he did come in right on his estimated budget so there were no surprises in his billing.
My only critique is that as he recommended using Tile Wholesalers in Irondquoit. Loretto was very helpful and Tile Wholesalers had a ok selection, but we should have looked at other places for other tile.
Overall, Anthony and the crew did a wonderful job and we are very pleased.

"I think he was good and he did it himself. We did pay for two people. I stripped out the old bathtub. We did get two people. I think his interaction was OK. I think the end product was good. It was the value, I'm sure I got what I paid for. It supposed to be a complete bathroom remodel. There was not extra cost."

"Endor Group did our master bathroom and we were so happy with the results! They replaced the flooring, vanity, installed the shiplap and tiled the shower. Noah and Dane are incredibly efficient, meticulous, and detail oriented. They worked very well as a team and made sure I felt involved. At the end of each day they also made sure to clean up and organize. The pricing for my bathroom was very fair as well. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs work and wants quality results!!:)"

"I had the best luck, that Hawkeyez Construction worked on a neighbors house, and so I got connected to them for my own home remodeling. They did an amazing and thoughtful job remodeling a very aged bathroom that had been put in my walkout basement by handyman types in the 80's. The plumbing and electrical and framing were wrong, and there were leaks, and it was just terrible. I now have a beautiful full bath with all of the issues fixed and Carl and his team of electricians, painters, tilers and other professionals was top notch. Thanks to Carl. his son, Justin for tiling, the Enriques' for painting and a host of other very skilled professionals, my basement bath and painting projects and other baths around my place are done, and I can look around and be amazed by how wonderful everything looks now!!"
