I called Knaak on a Sunday and much to my surprise they came out that same day. They were able to replace my furnace the nestx day for which I was grateful since I had no heat."

They then made sure the new boiler was installed and working, even though that made for a very long day on their part. We are completely satisfied with the new boiler and their performance getting rid of the old one and installing the new one. We now have heat which is very welcome!"

They were punctual, worked hard the whole day, and cleaned up at the end. We were very happy with every aspect of the flooring they installed. The flooring that we had installed was a natural pre-finished select red oak from the Hardwood Outlet in Penfield. The folks there, Oz and Levant, were very helpful and accommodating in helping us choose the flooring that would best fit our needs. We took home numerous samples before making our final selection. Like Rochester Hardwood Floors, the Hardwood Outlet is a quality operation. All around, this was a great experience and we are very happy with the quality and value of the finished product.
