"In February (2020) I hired MTS Siding & Roofing LLC to install a new roof on our family’s ranch home, and they were the right choice for us! We performed all the usual homework upfront before deciding on MTS, including online reviews, neighbor referrals, and in person meetings with various contractors. Here’s what earned our business and prompted what I hope is a very positive review: timely response to our initial inquiry, flexibility in scheduling a site visit, professional communication throughout the project, product options, high quality products, product warranties, a transferable warranty (should we sell), and a warranty on craftsmanship – not always easy to find with a reasonably priced contractor. Basically, they checked all the boxes I was looking for and then delivered on expectations. While MTS didn’t have the lowest quote (or the highest for that matter), the combination of professionalism and value simply couldn’t be beat. A big thank you to Matt, Al, and Team for a job well done!!"

"The install team arrived on time and were very professional, polite and worked very well as a team. The roof shingle installation was completed with expert crafthmanship and I am very pleased with the final result!!!"

"Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. I highly recommend this company and their quality windows to anyone who wants windows to truly last a lifetime, and then some. Home Advisor, Thank You for suggesting this company. I couldn't be more satisfied."

"Paul came by to install solar powered vent and repair chimney leak and finish Velux install. All went well and very polite people."

"Did an amazing job on several projects - a deck rebuild, roof replacement, new stairs. Punctual, excellent communication, prompt answers to questions, crew was second to none. Will use Rattigan again!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Brian was great. He called when he was delayed and arrived at the new time when he said he would. He inspected the roof and determined that squirrels had chewed and damaged the lead flashing around the chimney leading to water running down a rafter. He did a repair with silicone to make certain it would not leak and scheduled a time for them to come back to do a permanent repair.

"Fantastic! Dave Brodowski and his crew were professional and friendly. They worked long hours to get the work done. Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."

"They were honest, helpful and fast. 50year transferable warranty was a great bonus. Not the cheapest in western Mass, though the price was reasonable. They were well worth the little extra to feel like we could trust them. We love our new roof and they even hooked up our bathroom fan vent for us last minute. Very nice guys."
