On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. SGQB seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had the expertise to do a complete job installing our new tankless water heater. Because of how our existing water heater was plumbed, installing our tankless was more difficult than most. The installation was completed as planned including the permit and inspections also handled by SGQB.
