"Grant was a pleasure to work with. Responsive, quick on the diagnosis, and did a thorough job on the repair. Very clean work. Highly recommended for your appliance repair needs!"

"Excellent repairmen. Hv hired them multiple times and will hire again, the next time an appliance fails. Hv recommended them to friends and they, too, hv always been pleased with the work. Would give 20 stars, if possible."

"Excellent dryer repair service! Harry arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my dryer working again in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing fast and reliable dryer repair."

"Prime Appliance Services was phenomenal. I worked with Ara the owner who was delightful. He arrived on time with a smile on his face. He determined the problem with my refrigerator quickly. He showed me the part that was needed on his phone. He showed my the price of that part and then gave me a quote. As such there was no hidden markup of that part and his service fee was beyond reasonable and has a 90 day guarantee. If you are looking for professionalism, skill and honest pricing this is your company. I will never look for another company again. If I could give him a ten I would. I can not say enough about how pleased I am. Search no further you will not find better. Thank you Ara, you are the very best."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"The tech went above and beyond what was needed. He check the whole unit to make sure all was in order and did a great job cleaning up after he was done."

"The problem was not fixed because the part to be replaced is not available anywhere. Bob, the technician, recommended to wait at least three months hoping that the replacement part will be available by then. Other than that, Bob is very respectful person, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Maria, who you talked to when you call, even on a Sunday, is the best example of a great customer service. She will call you before the scheduled service and after the service is done as a follow up to ensure that your issues are resolved to your satisfaction. We definitely recommend AML SERVICE to all who needs their appliance repaired."

"Very professional. I would definitely call for other repairs."

"Kevin was the first to respond and was very patient with all of my questions. He was very efficient, courteous and honest. The quote he charged me was the price I paid. He came on Sunday to inspect my fridge and the fan had died. Though he didn’t have the part on hand, he was (thankfully) able to find it the next morning and installed it very quickly and my fridge is up and running again! Highly recommend this appliance repair company!"
