"My dishwasher wasn’t draining. Bryan checked the drain pump. It was running. Then he verified that the computer board was good. He decided that it may simply be that the drain hose/overflow was clogged or not working. After a run to pick up the part, he quickly replaced it and problem solved. He was neat, created minimal mess (which he cleaned up) and really nice about explaining everything to me. The repair cost was more than we wanted to pay considering the age of the appliance, which I told them. I then asked what the service call cost was so I could pay. He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. In addition, he was friendly, cordial, and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end he only charged me a service charge.
