He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. In addition, he was friendly, cordial, and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end he only charged me a service charge. I feel lucky to have found this company and would rehire them again any time."

"A-1 Appliance Pro’s (new name for Affordable Appliance) was used to fix our Kenmore Elite refrigerator which quit cooling. It unfortunately broke a couple of days before Christmas. Mike called us right away & was able to come out the same day to look at it. He said the compressor was broken & he could fix it, if we didn’t want to buy a new fridge. No pressure to do the repair like some repair services. We chose to fix it, which we didn’t even think would be possible. This was 2 days before Christmas! He thought he could possibly get the part Christmas Eve, but couldn’t promise, which was OK with us since we didn’t expect it to be fixed that fast. He showed up on Christmas Eve, of all days, and was able to install the new compressor for a reasonable price. Mike saved us a couple thousand dollars & the extreme hassle of having to purchase a new fridge right at Christmas time. Not to mention the refrigerator & freezer full of food we saved in ice coolers by having the repair done so quickly. He was very professional, thorough, & polite. I would definitely recommend them & will now use A-1 Appliance Pro’s for all my appliance repairs. Goodbye bad repair companies!"
