"We first hired Deck and Patio to build a new back yard deck with a pergola cover and walkway back in 2015. They showed us pictures from a variety of their past jobs and their references were so impressive that we also hired them to build a stone firepit off the deck, and added accent lighting along the walkway and deck. The finished work was so impressive that we are still (even today) getting comments from guests and even other service people that our back yard is so beautiful, a great place to relax—and they are right. It was not without some glitches along the way—for example, the firepit did not drain off the rain water properly at first. Unpredictable events like this occur with every job, but the difference with this company is that Martin is so attentive and so focused on customer service—they actually stayed with it until the problem was solved, and it has never occurred since. We cannot talk long about Deck and Patio without also referring also to the high level of workmanship and professionalism shown by the work crew. One of these, Charlie Fick, is particularly worthy of comment. A master painter, he takes the time to assess the needs of a job, including not just the color and tone of the paint itself, but the character of the wood and the way it takes the paint. Like Martin, he returns to check the quality of his work and measures it against a high standard. If he is not pleased with the result, he will repeatedly revisit the issue. He told me once that he looks at our place as if it were his own. Finally, our satisfaction with this company is so absolute that we are even discussing a regular program of maintenance in the future for the lighting system, pergola, stonework, and painting. "L&L Concrete Contractors responded quickly to my quote request and gave a very thorough quote on the spot. I had a large driveway redone, a patio redone, and 2 additional concrete slabs added around my garage. Once my HOA approved the work, Lloyd and his crew were out the next day to get started. The crew was very friendly and always tidied things up each work day so the construction area never looked too bad. Once started, the crew was very willing to make adjustments that I requested. Lloyd revised the estimate as I requested and included extra footage for a nominal price. The final products look fantastic! This is very professional work! The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was done. It barely even looks like any construction had occurred. The office staff, Angel and Esmeralda, were very friendly and courteous as well. The only issue I had was there was a small lack of communication during the job. There were times that no one showed up or the crew just left in the middle of the day. When I contacted the office staff, it took quite some time before they responded. I am sure it is normal for the crew to come and go as needed, I just wanted to know when they would be at my house working so I could plan ahead. Even with a small lack of communication, the job was completed per the quoted schedule with a small delay due to weather. Overall, I am highly satisfied with L&L and would recommend them to others as well as use them again for any future cement needs."

"MARIO has a bid a couple of jobs for us. One we did not end up buying the house. The job that he did for us was for a large outside shed. They did a fabulous job! Cleaned up the area. Was very conscious of not throwing concrete all over the place. His prices are very very fair. We have had, a patio put on the back of this house and that company poured their own concrete. They were not so conscientious and got concrete everywhere. I definitely will use MARIO for the additional concrete jobs we have for in the future. "Polo and his team provided excellent, high quality work! The job included pouring a concrete slab and construction of a 10' x 22' sunroom with 9' ceiling, installation of French doors, glass panels and windows, electrical lighting and ceiling fans, as well as putting in porcelain tile flooring and painting the exterior of the new room and added gutters and moved drain lines. The addition included a gable roof line that went into an existing gable roof with flawless results!
