"Steven was my Re-Bath installer and he was great. I had an old shower torn out and replaced with a beautiful and safe walk-in shower. Steven was very efficient and detailed in his work. He kept me informed daily of his progress. The results are amazing. I love my new shower. Steven, and ReBath, were great to work with. Thanks, Steven."

"The installers were very polite and courteous. They understood my concerns and reached out to others at Premier to address them right away. They did a very good job fixing my walk in shower and the issues I have with the shower curtain rod and the missing trim are going to be fixed in about a week. Overall my experience went really well. They worked until the job was done in a day and I really appreciated that."

"Maintained dependable and consistent communications. Sarah sent emails each morning describing the work to be expected completed each day. Outside budget expenses (shower glass) were accurately estimated helping maintain our budget. Workers were very respectful of our home and property. Project manager, Nic, patient and helpful with questions and concerns via phone calls. Jim is extremely pleasant and accommodating to my schedule when meeting up to look through different vendor sites (hardware, granite, tile, etc). This company has done exceptional work for my mother's house and ensure quality work even when the job is done months ago. If there is an issue, they will return to fix anything overlooked. I look forward to future projects with them."

"Replaced a 24 yr old water heater. Good work, very thorough job. New gas line was extra. Overcharged for a sediment trap/drain for the natural gas line that was not in the original quote. Charged $95 for $1.00 worth of black pipe and 5 min to install. Other than that, very good work and value."

"I found New Gen Plumbing on Angi and selected them due their high rating. Well the rating was well deserved. They contacted me the same day and scheduled a FREE consultation. I was scared they were going to tell me I needed a new wyd heater but they didn’t. Thank goodness! I have a tankless water heater they simply needed to be descaled. Sixto did a great job and I’m back in business with a plan to keep using them going forward. Sixto even gave me some pointers on my water filtration system the day would help the overall performance and efficiency of my water heater. Much appreciated. I highly recommend!!!"

"Cedric was beyond professional. We had a clogged kitchen sink. He worked diligently and got the work done."

"I called maybe 20 providers who found reasons not to do it, until Mr. Halfon asked to send him a picture of the misplaced tiles. We agree fast on the phone and one of his men came to my house after only 2 days to do the work. He was efficient and very hard working. He even agree to go and buy grout to perfectly match the original colour. My floor looks perfect. In general, dealing with this company was very easy, faster than I expected and reasonable priced."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"The sunroom has become our favorite spot in the house. The entire process was seamless, with great communication and attention to detail. We're thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work"
