Bruce was very quick in assessing and repairing my roof which was missing shingles due to a recent storm. He also went the extra mile to try and natch the color of my existing shingles which are more than 10 years old and are discontinued. He searched far and wide and even opened an account at a new supplier in order to get these tiles. You don’t see a work ethic like that much these days. "Excellent! Kevin was very responsive and came by just a few days after I had requested an on line quote. He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up. Kevin came by and did his visual examination and to make sure everything was OK. Great Job!"
