"Curt was very professional and responsive from the moment we first called him. We had a dirt floor crawlspace with a large amount of moisture. The crawl space height was very low but Curt's crew managed to get in and de-mold and encapsulate the entire crawlspace. They also installed a thermostatically controlled dehumidifier which kicks on automatically when the moisture level gets too high. The crew did an excellent job under challenging conditions. The price was right too. Would recommend Curt and Real Dry to anyone needing basement or crawlspace solutions."

"aThe job went very well.  The team completed the job in about 5 days, which required jackhammering about 1' x 125' foot of material, disposing of the material via wheelbarrow to their truck, installing perforated pipe and crushed stone and then covering it all with concrete.  <br /> Since then I haven't had any water in the basement.   As a bonus they tied in my one of my gutter downspouts to the drain line that ran to the back of the property. <br /> I just recently joined Angie's List and had to make sure these guys commended for the great job they did."

I contacted BDI late October 2018, worked out a contract with Keri and Leo to remove existing bulkhead, dispose of it, and replace it with a custom steel bulkhead that is primed and painted. In addition, the old stairs would be removed, disposed of, and replaced with custom built stairs that are up to code. I was kept up-to-date on the status of the project. Both bulkhead and stairs were completed late December 2018, due to weather constraints and BDI's heavy workload. The people completing the work were friendly and great about answering questions I had about the process. I am very pleased with the end product--plus, the bulkhead and stairs look great. I've included pictures of both the bulkhead and stairs before and after BDI finished the project."
