"This was the easiest, smoothest home repair we've ever had done! Richard and his team are true professionals. Richard came out to give us an estimate in person. He explained every step of the process, offered us options, examined the roof, took measurements and gave us a written proposal all in about an hour. All of our questions were answered. Richard KNOWS roofs! The day of the installation, the team showed up at 7 AM to set up and everything was done and cleaned up before 5 PM. This included stripping the roof down to the plywood, adding new waterproof barrier, new flashing, shingles and cleaning gutters and yard of all debris. "I contacted Kevin the morning after the storm, as soon as we were aware of the problem with our roof. He had a crew at our house that afternoon. They completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. We had some spare shingles left over from when the roof was put on originally, and they were able to save us money by using the materials we had. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, as well."

"The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"Power came out to inspect a leak in our roof, they unfortunately couldn’t fix our roof because of the way the house is built. We did however need windows replaced and the salesman showed us everything they offered with no pressure. The new windows look beautiful."
