"The initial call was for stinging insects flying around my frond door.  I called on a Tuesday evening and a technician arrived before noon on Wednesday. He correctly identified the insects as ground-dwelling yellow jackets, and assured me that the spray he would use would not harm the 35 year old cactus they had nested under. "We use Budget Pest Control at all 4 of our facilities, and I must say they truly are great. They are very considerate of our schedule and generally always plan to spray out outdoor play area when the school is closed and there are no children. When we have an issue inside the building (we are surrounded by woods at some locations). They always send someone out, normally within hour. They don't just come in and spray or take care of any issue we have, they explain step by step what they are doing, what type of chemical they are using (which are all kid friendly) and then they show us ways to help prevent that issue from happening again. Recently, one of the teachers had reported hearing critters running in the attic. I called at 8 am. and I had someone here that morning setting traps outside and inside the attic. As it turns out, we did catch some animals, and when I called they promptly arrived to take the cage away. They even came on the weekend to cage the traps outside while the facility was closed. They also took the time to walk around the building with me and show me where they think the animals had gotten in and gave me a step by step of how to fix it. On top of that the gentleman, Fred, was extremely nice & friendly and was very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Budget Pest Control to any residence or company that is in need of any kind of animal / pest removal, and their prices are very reasonable and affordable."

"The owner was very knowledgeable about squirrels and how to rid them from the property.  He installed  a temporary one way vented door on both sides of the roof so that the squirrels would come out when they needed food and could not get back in. The babies in the attic were removed and put in a small cage like structure outside the vented door on the roof so that the mother would take them.  Within a day the mother did take them away.  We have not had any more problems with the squirrels getting in the attic.  We  then had a contractor install permanent vented doors made of a material that they cannot get into. <br /> We really liked the owner, he was very professional and friendly and skilled in his work.  Hopefully we won't need him again, he did give us a 2 year warranty.  We would use him again if needed. <br />"
