"Absolutely superb experience with this pro. Customer service responded within minutes of my placing the order, a time was scheduled, and the electrician appeared precisely at the time expected, they called before arriving (as I asked them to do) and every aspect of what I'd asked the Customer Service rep to relay to the electrician doing the work had been passed on the the Pro who showed up at my door. The Pro took minimal time to track down the problem, found the fix to be something simple, and then he showed me how to clean the breaker so it would fully trip into the "OFF" position the next time the breaker needed to indicate it was in fact--OFF. The reinstalled all of the switches into the 4-gang box, made it look perfectly even and balanced. He cleaned off the face plate and the rocker switch faces after installation, and the job was "perfect" and "perfect is good enough."
