He came within a day or two of calling him. He arrived on time, and did an excellent job replacing the unit. "Called Nick at Appliance Repair Pros to repair an in-refrigerator water dispenser. Called up almost immediately and was here the next day. They repaired the dispenser at a reasonable price. Through no fault of theirs, the dispenser stopped working just after they left called them up and they returned without question and added a length of hose to repair a piece that had broken off hosing that became brittle. Fixed, almost, at last It stopped working again and Nick returned within a day and replaced more hose to replace the hise that had become brittle. Checked all old hosing and finally got the repair completed. I highly recommend this firm as they returned without question, were professional at all times and are reasonably priced."

"We have a leaky non ice making french door fridge. I need to share this business, as they are the best I have found in this area and it is always hard to find a good honest repair person, especially for appliances. First off, he was early. Called ahead and asked if he could come, a lot don't even show up. I had a plumber on Wed said he needed a part, would bring Thurs and never called or returned!! This guy came and found the issue, told me it wasn't worth the cost of the fridge to repair. Showed me a couple of things the last guy had rigged to keep it going. Only charged $50 for the house call, even though he was here for 1 1/2 hours! Really appreciate the honesty and recommend him highly. Will definitely call him again. He even said I could call if I had questions when purchasing a new one and told me a few to stay away from. Thanks Song!!"
