"Felt ripped off. Danny Fernandez (owner) was responsive and price quoted was the lowest. But the plumber was late twice. First time was too late so asked them to return another day. Second time was also late and was unprepared. I wanted to confirm the cold water supply valve would be replaced and he said that's extra, which Danny told me everything would be replaced. He said he had to go to Home Depot to get parts (said he couldn't go to a closer hardware store) and then returned an hour later. Took him less than an hour to replace and found that he did not install the T&P valve either. When it was time to pay, he first asked me how much I was quoted, signaling they charge people as they see fit. Then told me if paying with a credit card will be an extra 5%, which is NOT standard. I told him Danny never mentioned it. I immediately called Danny and he said it's company policy and when I said I told him I'll be paying with a card 2 days ago and he did not say anything. Very Shady."
