"After a bit of difficulty finding someone who was able to pressure clean a (filthy from black olive trees) metal roof, I contacted Splash Pressure Cleaners. "This is a family owned business, and I met with Daniel, their VP of sales. He provided me with a fair and competitive quote after having evaluated and estimated the project. I had some very specific technical requirements which exceeded the minimum code requirements, which Daniel was very willing to perform. The installers arrived on schedule, and performed the work in a professional manner, and were quite accommodating to my numerous visits on the roof. They installed the roofing as I had specified, with a double overlapping layer of tar paper underlayment, with a waterproof membrane installed over that, and then installed the shingles with stainless steel ring shank nails. In addition, they added six half dollar sized dollops of adhesive to each of the shingles over the entire roof, so that we would obtain immediate adhesion, as I had specified. All of this cost more than the average roof, and I willingly paid. They were not the lowest of the bidders. The result was no lost shingles and no leaks during Hurricane Irma. The only criticism I have was their slow response to repair some stucco damage they caused to the soffit where they replaced the fascia. I wasn't concerned too much as it was mostly cosmetic. When they did show, their foreman did a superb job on the stucco repair. If it had not been for the slow response on this issue and their slightly higher price than their competitors, I would have rated them an A overall. I would use them again, and will recommend them for serious consideration to my family and friends."

"Robert was an excellent all around handyman! He came thru for my family 150% I needed him to perform work in a short time frame for our vacation home and he exceeded expectations. Robert will be our go to man for all home repairs for our Fl home. We had severe termite damage and he replaced the doors, frames, replaced locks, fixed our garage door opener and was overall just a fantastic trustworthy contractor. "Chris and his brother were incredibly efficient and detail-oriented. They arrived promptly and were polite. It was the hottest day of the year so far, yet they squeezed me into an afternoon slot, when the sun was at its brightest. These guys did not let the heat get to them, though, as they reminded me what the original color of my patio was! The best part was the value. They came in just under another quote I got, and I'm so pleased they did. And FAST! It wasn't a huge patio, but still, they were in and out in half an hour. That speed did NOT come at the cost of quality: The patio looks good as new! Would definitely hire again."

"it went well.  Dan and his assistant arrived on time.  he had to leave and get the supplies he needed after he saw the job that needed to be done.  they both did a good job and was worth the money.  my only comment would be he seemed a little annoyed when he had to go back to Home Depot again for more supplies, which was certainly not my fault, and seemed to not want to paint, which was part of the job I hired them for.  all in all, a good experience and would use them again.
