There were no high pressure sales tactics, and they allowed us to take samples home to see how they would look with our lighting/furnishings. I can't say enough good things about their installation crew - probably the best workers/contractors I have had. "Jorge and his team were great. Up front about costs, no hidden expenses, and the team brought enough manpower to get everything done in a day, even with a late start. Vinyl isn't hard to install, but they worked around the existing trim, the built-in closets and did a really good job completely redoing the entire second floor. They also had to rebuild the bottom step of the staircase to make everything fit and didn't charge extra for the work. Very pleased with the job and the price seemed reasonable compared to what we got by shopping around. Would definitely recommend them to a friend."

"I had called other places for estimates and DIHS was the same as the others, but they were the only ones who offered a flat rate which I prefer, because with hourly you never know if they're going to go over the predicted number of hours (especially in Miami - so like one place said $65/hour for 3 hours but you know it's going to take a lot longer than that because - Miami - and it did, by the way). The guy called to say he could come out to the house earlier than expected if that was ok (yes, please) and he was extremely professional and courteous. Apparently whoever installed it used all the wrong materials so there was quite a lot of work to be done, but he clearly knew the correct way to install the sink. <br />"

We have just purchased a home which was built in 1925 and it seems that we have original floors that are Florida Pine and Oak. Florida pine is very vibrant with a beautiful texture in it; however, it&#39;s not an easy color to stain. The previous owners has stained it with very dark color to hide the texture. Once we sanded down the floors; we wanted to keep it as natural it is, however, Mick has told us that it&#39;s a very rare request and he needs to do some research. After the research; Mick has come up with a stain/sealing brand that he never used before. Once we finished the process, the result was exceptional! Not only the result; Mick &amp; Ryan has been great partners to work with since they have been very responsive and helpful with any request that we came up with. I would highly recommend them."
