"John was both professional, walked me through the process of the leaking bathroom faucet. He had to go and purchase the faucet replacement. We discussed costs. He returned promptly. Finished replacing the new faucet in a timely manner. John was arrived on time, review the leaking in my bathroom faucet. He explained how to stop the leak which was replacing the faucet. I will refer John to my neighbors and friends. Thank you Angie's List. Janet Thompson Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33319 P.S. "We used Mark twice now, the first time was for water leaking in the bathroom, and the second time for a busted pipe outside. I called Mark at 1700, after I busted a pipe while gardening. He was very helpful on the phone and, even though he had a full day, he came to our house by 1900 and even though it was dark he managed to fix the problem. He had all the equipment he needed in his truck and made my terrible day seem not so bad. He also charged me far less than all the other plumbers I called that day and he honored the Angie's list coupon on top of it. I will use his company in the future and I fully endorse his services. Extremely professional!

"Fabio's honesty and integrity restored our faith that there are some honest appliance repair companies out there. It was a Sunday, and my daughter's refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. She called a different company first. They sent out a subcontractor (of course charging a diagnostic fee) who said the compressor needed to be replaced and provided an estimate of $1600. We knew something was off with this, so my daughter called Fabio. Fabio answered the phone late on a Sunday afternoon and told her the compressor should be covered under warranty. (The frig was only 4 years old). He asked her to text him the model number of the frig. Once he got that info, he confirmed the compressor was covered under warranty and recommended she contact the store where she purchased the frig and that they should replace the compressor for the cost of the labor only. He was right! (She had asked the previous service tech from the other company if it was covered under warranty and he said No). Fabio could easily have been like the other company and offer to replace the compressor for the cost of the part and labor. Fabio did not do that AND he helped her out knowing he would not get the service call. We appreciate Fabio's honesty and ethics and will definitely contact him first, as well as recommend him to friends and relatives, when we need any appliance serviced. Thank you Fabio!"

"Yanny was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was very thorough in asking specifics on each project and reiterated her understanding of what had to be done. I also appreciated her taking the time to assess every photo of needed repairs via email to give me an accurate quote. Jose, the handyman, arrived to my home on time, which is an extremely rare quality in construction! He also was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Since I am bilingual it was easy to communicate, since his primary language is Spanish. His work was very clean and I was happy with all repairs. Any concerns I had he addressed them. I thought this job was going be a true headache, but they made it very easy for me. Thank you J&D General Remodeling and Repairs for all that you do. I would highly recommend your service and will most certainly call you again!"

"I've owned their Echo water conditioner for several years, but we needed a service call. They came out right away. It turned out that mud wasps built a nest in the motherboard. They fixed it and everything is working perfectly! The customer service is always absolutely fantastic! They did a great job and there was no charge."

"Repairs went smoothly.  My only beef was that he left the clock running at $90/hr while he went shopping for parts he didn't bring with him.

"Excellent work!!! I would hire Nelson again. We had a minor issue with our plumbing and he came the same day at the time he said he would be there. Worked fast, efficient, and even cleaned up after his work. Very knowledgeable and felt very comfortable with him doing work in my home. His price was super fair for the work he did. Highly recommend!"

"I am not from the area and when I discovered I had water pouring from my water meter box, I was unsure who to call. Based on some reviews I found I submitted a quote request from their online system, as it was after hours. Someone from Kyle called me back first thing in the morning, shared the companies time and material rates and a special they had on offer! They had someone at my house by 1 PM and it was all fixed by 3 PM! They really did a great job, it was fast, the tech was super professional, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again."
