We were interested in remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring throughout the house, as well as new ceiling lights and new closet systems. Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts". "I recently worked with Ariel from Full Service and he helped us remodel my entire house over the course of nearly a year. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of professionalism he demonstrated throughout the project. "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
