"fair price, decent turnaround time, rug came back clean and well packaged. if I had any complaint it would be that we told the man who picked the rug up we we're in the process of moving (hard not to notice with all the boxes everywhere) and that we would need the rug delivered to the new address, which he wrote down. well, with a stroke of luck we had to go back to the old place one last time to get one more thing and we saw a "tried to deliver" notice from them. once we called we got it all straightened out but I fear had we not seen that notice what might have happened."

"They work was performed in a timely fashion as proposed.  When the drywall was removed there were some cracks in the concrete and they went up the wall further than 12 inches.  Also the mold was not black mold so I could have removed it myself.  I did not find this out until the work was almost completed.  They did bring in machines to clean the air over a period of several days.  The machines were very loud and kept us out of room. <br /> The staff was professional and completed everything according to their estimate.  I think the price was high for the work performed, but they don't have a lot of competition in the area, and I did not call other vendors. <br />"

He cleaned the carpet in a large basement and large hallway, from start to finish it took about an hour. The carpet looks great; it was really soiled to begin with.
