"When we need work done on the house we always call Bob @ Phalan Construction. My husband and I are very picky about the quality of work and Bob has always done a top knotch job. The most recent project was the re-tiling of a small second bathroom. The floor was very uneven which caused the toilet to leak. Bob completely gutted the bathroom floor and started over making it a new level surface. The tile came out great and he reinstalled the toilet which now does not leak or run! In addition, while there, we decided to have Bob replace some interior doors that were in rough shape and paint them. Again, did a great job. AND, we also had Bob install a tile blacksplash in our kitchen. The great thing about having Bob do the work is that he can do everything, we don't need to have multiple contractors, just one person that we can count on."

"Unbelievable .. I have written a review before when they did other work for me , so when I started my 2nd floor I knew who to call .. Rodolfo is so easy to talk to and makes sure everything is perfect before they leave... I have a wall that had a metal plate so I thought a wood accent wall would be nice, I asked him to pick the type of wood ... EVERYONE raves on the room .
