"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

From start to finish Gabriel was easy to talk with and made a lot of suggestions to us that improved upon our initial plan. "Troy was excellent. Every time I reached out with a question or idea, he returned my call asap (usually within a few hours). He understood that I had to stick within a budget and went out of his way to find ways to make it happen. I decided to do much of the cosmetic work myself and he was very good about communicating when each portion of the project would be complete so that I could plan when to install flooring, put up paneling, etc. His whole crew was also helpful with advice (and even loaner tools on one occasion). He, and all of the subcontractors and workers, were professional, punctual, and friendly. I was very nervous about taking on such a big project in the summer months with four kids running around, but everyone was patient and kind with the million questions the kids asked and each day, every thing was cleaned up and left safely stored. The work itself has held up through its first winter. Everything still looks pristine, and it's definitely not raining inside the porch anymore. After years of sagging, nothing on that porch was square, but Troy and his team went above and beyond to make it work. Of course, nothing and no one is perfect, and there were some delays with materials, but Troy was always upfront about any delays, responded to my concerns, and got things back on track, I would happily hire this company again."
