It was late enough in the day, I was really worried that I would have to wait until Monday to have a technician out, and was resigned to having to toss out a lot of food. Much to my surprise, I had a serviceman out by 3:00 p.m., and he had the job done by 4:00! I felt the price was reasonable to boot! I would highly recommend this company, and use them again."

"Ulysses from Valley Handyman was truly great to work with. He replaced the control panel on my Viking refrigerator, and while it initially worked, the fix unfortunately only lasted about a day. Ulysses promptly returned, got it running again, but after another 24 hours the refrigerator stopped cooling once more. Instead of giving up, Ulysses went above and beyond. He installed a monitoring device in the refrigerator and closely tracked its performance over several days. In total, he came back five or six times trying to diagnose and resolve the issue. His persistence and commitment were impressive. Eventually, I decided to bring in a Viking specialist, who determined that the cost to fully repair the refrigerator would exceed what I wanted to invest. I explained the situation to Ulysses and requested a full refund of approximately $1,100. Without any hassle whatsoever, Ulysses and Valley Handyman refunded the entire amount. "

Despite being a Saturday, Doran recognized the urgency of our issue, came out to visit late in the day (and at great distance) and literally help us avoid a potential fire. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
