"It's nice to find people who are so kind. I was having a devil of a time getting the key to unlock the door to my rental condo. After 20 minutes I got desperate and flagged down a Timo's Air Conditioning truck that happened to be servicing an air conditioner down the street in the hopes that if I paid him $10 he would help me with my lock.
