"Chebo is amazing the attention to detail and making sure everything was done right is clear when you are working with him. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. Amazing work the house looks completely new. I am absolutely recommending his services to my friends, coworkers, and neighbors!!!!!"

"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

They also replaced the deck on my shed, and did a wonderful job on that as well. The contractor did a great job in other areas such as framing, siding, deck building etc., but properly installing and aligning a door is a special skill that not everyone has. It is hard to find a real door hanger but after a search we found Tom. He was able to take apart and reinstall the sash and door and we now have a beautifully operating and sealed front door. I got bids from several contractors; all were pretty much in line with each other in terms of prices. There were two factors in my choice to go with Absolute Painting an Power Washing. They spent two full days stripping the door of its old paint, and then prepping and applying primer and paint to the shingles and door. When all was done, I was amazed at how it turned out.
