"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

He worked very efficiently and came in on the low side of his (very fair) cost estimate range. Luckily he was experienced enough to know that the way I thought it should be repaired was not the safest nor the most effective. "We hired in July 2023. In August of 2024 we had to have them come back to fix a problem that was initially discussed but yet not resolved. The work was resolved but looks terrible because this company doesn?t actually care. SLOPPY. Now here we are in June 2025 and we have issues with the deck falling apart and I?m sick to my stomach. I have to hire somebody else to take apart the entire deck because instead of using the proper size of boards they just shoved little buffer pieces on the slats and left. Absolutely disgusted. I hate leaving icky reviews but if this saves somebody else for falling victim to this shotty work? then it?s worth it. I wish I had recourse. "
