"Hagner Construction did a wonderful job on our bathroom projects. We installed now marble floor, cabinets,vessel sink,light figure and faucet, sower door and painted our master bath.- Looks beautiful!! In addition, they painted and installed a new marble floor in our main bathroom. Although we chose a marble basket weaved tile that was challenging to install it took them a little longer but there patience was impeccable. They started the project when promised, cleaned up and hosed down our deck at the end of every day. They responded quickly to a complaint we had days after the project was completed and went out of their way to rectify the issue which was an issue with the stone and nothing they did. Their price was fair and we look forward to hiring them for our next project. We would highly recommend Hagner Construction to anyone looking for a home remodeling project... "On 5/29/25 Tristin came to my house and gave me a quote on a new shower remodel with a new toilet, and we signed the contract. I thought $12,000 plus was exorbitant, but Tristin assured me that Long Home uses quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and excellent service. He told me that they will replace all the pipes, and the shower and toilet will have lifetime warranties. So, I agreed and gave him half down and it was scheduled for the 6/27/25 and 6/28/25. Tristian called me on the 6/5/25 and told me that for the shower I choose the half wall that was part of my existing shower would have to be removed, he said otherwise I would have to pay an additional $1,500+, because the shower I agreed to couldn’t be installed otherwise. I told Tristin on 5/29/25 that I did not want the wall removed, but after talking to Tristin on the 5th I relented and said the wall could be removed and ordered another toilet for my other bathroom. The day of the installation came, and one guy came on time and the actual plumber came about 2 hours late around noon. They started working on the demolition and Tristin came around 4pm to move the power socket that was in the wall they removed. He put a rough patch on the wall and installed the outlet without the cover. They removed my cabinet from the wall so they could take down the wall but never replaced it. They worked until 10 pm on Friday. Tristin was supposed to come out on Saturday to finish the patch and put the cover on the outlet. Saturday 6/28/25 the helper arrived at 830 am and the plumber arrived at 1030, at 450 pm the plumber showed me the shower rod they sent with my shower, and it was too short. He told me to call Tristin, I did, and he said OK Tristin never showed up and the two guys finished at 945 pm without putting the cabinet back up. I checked the toilet in the bathroom where the shower was installed, and it kept running after I flushed it, and I put a toilet cleaning tab in the other one and noticed the toilet lid does not fit right. I texted Tristin on Sunday morning telling him about both toilets and he texted me back on that Monday and said he could come at 4pm. I work nights and did not get up until around 5pm and I texted him and told him that I do not usually get up until 6pm during the week when I work and he never messaged me back. I sent Tristin another text on Saturday 7/5/25 telling him to ask him when he could come out and fix the problems I have. I have not heard back as of yet. Long Home charges a premium price and Tristin told me that I would get premium service, he said this is why they charge so much, but the experience I’ve had is anything but premium, I paid $12,000 and I only have one toilet that works correctly even though the lid doesn’t fit properly, I had to buy a shower rod so I could use my shower, since the one I bought from them didn’t fit, which makes no sense because they knew the dimensions of the shower. I had to have a wall removed that I did not really want removed, because they made a mistake when I signed the contract. I have the outlet in my bathroom wired without a cover, my wall is not finished, and my cabinet is still sitting in my bedroom. I do not mind spending the money for something, but I want the product and the service to be worth the price, I paid for professionals, but this is not the problems you are supposed to have with professionals."

"Started off Great! They called everyday to follow up on progress. After receiving 80% of money, Calls stopped, Actually they avoided calls for weeks not knowing what was going on. Lot's of promises and not finished 4 months later. We own a Small 670 sq ft home. They promised it would be complete in 3 -4 weeks. They threw away household items, and have left 22+ items unfinished. 4 months later still not finished. Would never recommend."

"Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."

"1, the manager Lais Voltolini was late for the interview to get the job at list 1 1/2 hours, her and crew always late for every job. My husband & I always need it to talk to them about been messy and not been on time. overall, the job was not good. The kitchen cabinet was painted and now is chipping, the shower glass door is a big gap, now we can not take a shower."
