My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. "I was so pleased with the work Ben at BKM did for me. I had 2 toilets flushing slowly for a year that were only getting worse.He went the extra mile and returned when one of the toilets was better but not perfect and did some address work to get it back to regular speed. He was professional and courteous! I'll be hiring him again when future plumbing issues arise!"

"They didn’t actually do the service.  I called close to the expiration time and he was willing to schedule something after that period of time, which I appreciated.  As far as I know he didn’t show up for the estimate appointment; I called him and haven’t heard back."

"Called Ben and asked if he could replace the shingles that were damaged from removing Satellite dish's that were on the roof. he came when he said he would and was early did a great job on replacing the shingles and cleaned up everything.
