"Beantown Home Improvements installed a new asphalt roof, small rubber roof, two skylights and four windows on our home in Quincy. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! Throughout the process they were very good with communication, very patient with all my questions, and overall easy to work with. They made sure I understood all my options prior to the job and flexible when challenges arose during the work. Beantown gives you excellent value with high quality work for a good price, if you have the chance to hire them I recommend it."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"All under one roof did a fantastic job removing two layers of shingles and installing new roof. The whole team was hard working and completed the job in one day. When they were done my yard was cleaned of all debris. I highly recommend All Under one roof."

"I found Newton Roofing on a local list serve without knowing them at all. Recent wind storms created a lot of damage and I knew it was time to get a new roof. Tom and Rich returned phone calls immediately and gave me a very fair price. Their workers came quickly and completed the project in a very professional manner. In one full day of work, they were able to take off the old shingles, repair boards and leaks, and reshingle the two steep main roofs of my house. They cleaned up immaculately and were extremely safe. They were respectful of my property and fun to work with. It was a whirlwind of a day, but it turned out perfectly! I can very very highly recommend them."

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"Rubber and Asphalt repair. Went very well."

"Excellent experience with my roofer! They replaced the shingles on my roof and did a great job from start to finish. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped me choose the right shingle color for my home, which I really appreciated. They were professional, reliable, and made sure everything was done properly. The new roof looks great, and they left everything clean when the job was finished. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable roofer."

"They were quick to respond to questions, showed up when they said they would and did a great job cleaning my roof. Would definitely hire again"

"Incredibly efficient work, with wonderfully friendly people! Courteous, punctual, and built a great trust with us and their work. We needed them for just a patch job for some shingles that had fallen off in a storm, but trust me: we WILL be reaching back out to them for a full roof replacement!"

"Incredibly quick turn-around, excellent communication & friendly team. This was a smaller repair job, which others have declined, but Hennelly & Son took care of it next day. Highly recommended."
