The kitchen was so dated - he came up with the idea to do concrete countertops, and then pick up the gray in the concrete with the paint on the cabinets and the grout on the subway tile. He also replaced counter tops in the bathrooms, totally redid the main bathroom, replaced all flooring except two bedrooms and hall (he found a carpet guy that did a really nice job).
