"Concrete work looks good but they left with the dirt a mess they had dug out. Ruined items in garage and had concrete dust everywhere because they did not use a tarp or covering plus it got into the house thru vents. Concrete splattered on brick, garage entry door and wood above door and not cleaned off. Trash left in front yard. Rose Bush they had to dig up and they didn't replant for 2 days then barely put it in ground so it died. When I called they said these would be taken care of but I need to wait for the project manager of our job to get back from vacation which is ridiculous. There should be someone seeing that this gets resolved immediately. I have seen great reviews by other people that used them so I assume they did not have the crew I did. My husband had to level the dirt they put back at side of driveway due to it was replaced horribly. One end was so high the rain was sending mud on the freshly poured driveway."

"I am more than pleased with the work performed by Augusta Underground. Their price for a sewer cleanout install (requiring small-scale excavation) was on par with the other companies I contacted (actually a bit less), but what impressed me was how thorough Steve was in providing detailed information about what would be required. He was the only one who assured me they could put the cleanout where we wanted it (hidden in mulch bed) as opposed to whatever was most convenient for the crew (in the case of the other companies). Even further, when the work was complete, I was shocked that not only did they perfectly level the earth around the excavation, but they even put back all the mulch and edging--I just assumed I'd be doing this cleanup after they were done. When they left, you could barely tell they'd even been there. Fantastic work, and I would highly recommend them! Reliable, knowledgeable, fair, honest company, small and locally owned. A+"

"I called Scott and he came out the same day to estimate and do the work. That was REALLY helpful as we didn't have to take any additional time off for a second appointment. He was able to identify where the leaks were before we had to cut into our drywall, so the repairs were at little as possible. The cracks went all the way down the wall on the seams, so he had to cut the full length of the walls to get to the cracks effectively. Scott worked independently and only had a couple questions while he was doing the work. After it was done, he cleaned everything up nicely. I've waited a couple months before writing this review to make sure that the patching worked. It has held up over these last few big rains we had, where it would have leaked before. I feel very confident that he solved the problem and we won't have any issues with those seams again. If we develop leaks in other seams, I will definitely call Scott again."

"Due to lots of rain in May the project could not begin as early as had been projected but Mr. Foley touched base with us several times to update us on when we might begin. They communication was excellent from the bidding through the completion of the job. We chose a decorative, stained trim section lining the drive, a swirled finish on the drive and sidewalk, #6 gauge mat, and plastic mesh reinforced concrete. Curbs were added at the entrance to the drive from the roadway. All of what were once squared-off corners were done with curved transitions. The project was extensive (35 yards of concrete used) but completed within two days. The crew was polite, tidy (as much as can be expected with so much work going on), and cleaned up each day when they left. Mr. Foley was here to check on the work off and on through the time his crew was here and very open to questions or comments. He is always positive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any concrete work; the outcome of our job is beautiful. All of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the work and asked who did it. One of our neighbors works in the construction trade and said it it a top-notch job. People we work with have seen the pictures we took and have asked who did this work and from our comments and the pictures have said they would use this company. Thanks for doing such a great job, Mr. Foley!"
