"I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. In my own job I manage 15 installers and technicians and I know very well what good customer service is. George's delivered by all measures and I would readily recommend them to anyone."

"Frank is very professional, responsible, fair, and conscientious. He did an excellent job of installing our roof.  It has made a vast improvement to the house. This roof has a long lasting guarantee.  We will not need to worry about this roof for a very long time. As Frank worked on the installation, he noticed some issues that needed attention.  He gave us fair pricing to replace some of the boards and we had him fix what needed to be done.  We are very happy with the installation and new roof.  Frank worked in some challenging weather and was there on the job despite the cold weather to successfully finish the work.

"The first day, he arrived to my home to install a dishwasher, which went smoothly. The next day, he installed an over-the-stove microwave. I didn?t know the height that was required since I never had this type of microwave. During the installation, I mentioned several times that I thought the microwave was too high. He kept saying that the microwave needed to be that high, and after researching this, I found out that the microwave doesn?t need to be that high. Throughout the entire process, his attitude became unpleasant, rude, and disrespectful. After using the microwave the next day, I realized that the microwave was, in fact, too tall for me, and I?m 6?. I contacted him the next day in regards to this, and he told me he?d come back and fix it, but wouldn?t do it for nothing, even though that should be covered under warranty. During the conversation, he began yelling at me, had all these quotes that I never actually said, and he wouldn?t let me get a word in. At that point I ended the conversation. I emailed him to let him know that I stopped that check, which cost me $35, and was sending another check that was for $175, which was payment for half the day. He then called two more times, leaving messages, and sent me several emails, threatening me. He changed his tune after while, insisting that he would come back to fix the work. I responded to his emails, and let him know I was finished with this situation. I just want him to leave me alone; I don?t appreciate being harassed or threatened, and I don?t feel comfortable having him back in my home. Also, after I let him know that the first check was being stopped, he told me it cost him $12 since that check didn?t go through (apparently he tried cashing both the first check and the check for $175, even though I told him that the first check was cancelled)."
