He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. "Pricing seemed high. Technician had some personal issues that extended the job a day. Asked to get materials to save a 40% markup, so when the ceiling repairs were done, paint match was off, so now total ceiling needs to be repainted. Fixed two tiles in shower, and after the job was finished, a technician discovered a third cracked tile, would have liked to have known this while the job was in process to have that tile repaired, even if that would have amended the estimate."
