David was in frequent contact with us as he ensured that the manufacturer provided the correct replacement. When the window did arrive, David promptly scheduled an appointment with us for the installation/repairs. David and his coworker were on time and very efficient. Because cold weather had set in, he pre-painted the new window the day prior to the appointment. David placed drop cloths everywhere he worked in our house and his coworker cleaned extraneous dirt after they were finished. The work performed was excellent and we would definitely hire David for any other work."
