"Rich is a great guy. Prices are reasonable. Does exactly as he says and some extra. First hired him to make garden planter beds. Then he built a gorgeous wooden fence. "1st contacted in early Aug, received text they would be out but never came. Contacted a 2nd time, recd another text saying after Labor Day but never came. Left message on website 2 weeks ago with no response. I just want them to honor their warranty before more of fence falls off and my dog gets out of yard. I think 3 months is more than reasonable to wait for response."
