"Many years ago I was in the home building business so I know what to look for and expect. My wife and I do 99 percent of all the work in the home, but a new stone countertop was beyond the limits of our knowledge or tool inventory. From the moment I talked to the girl in the office, I knew this was a great family owned business that was customer oriented. After picking out our stone, we worked with the fabricator to come up with a seam plan and design. Matt, the owner, and his fabricator went out of their way to explain our options based upon the installation process. When it comes to building projects, I always want to learn. They explained the entire process and reasoning to me as they were doing the install. The new top fits better than the old laminate top that was installed when we had the house built. We found a few small pits in the surface and when I called they came out immediately the next day to fix them. There is a new house going up across the street. They used one of the larger companys in the area for the same type of top. Let me say, the difference is night and day. This other company obviously deals in quantity of jobs rather than quality. I sent Matt over there and now he will probably be finishing the job in their laundry area. I am very particular about recommending anyone to do work for others and it seldom happens. That being said, if you need this type of work done, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE."
