"I have been using them for years and I used to go through Richard. They always stood behind their work. Richard has retired and the new guy is Bob. He has given an attitude with me asking them to come back out to fix the toilet they had installed. It was crooked and I wanted him to redo it. Bob kept talking over me and would not let me get a word in. I moved on to talk to the owner who had Bob come out to correct the problem. Because of Bob's overall behavior being very unprofessional, I will not use them again."

Upon calling this company to report this problem returning, Bob (owner) cursed me out with profanities and hung up. So shook up on Thursday, I reported him to the East Aurora Police. I'm suing this company thru Small Claims Court. It was fixed on Friday ,1/8/21, by another company called Day and Night Plumbing Company, problem explained and resolved for $245.00."
