"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."

The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

They were very communicative and called when stuck in traffic coming out for the estimate, and then finished ahead of their estimated completion date! My deck is great now! "I discovered a leak from around our kitchen window and water was dripping in behind the frame. It was a snowy Friday around 4PM. I expected weâ d have to wait until Monday for a contractor to evaluate and repair the gutter/roof. I used Home Advisor to locate a company. Corey from CNL Construction contacted me immediately and said heâ d get someone out to our home on Friday because water can do a lot of damage. He showed up, found the problem which was ice buildup around a pipe under the roof. He removed the ice, filled the void and was done by 6:30 PM. I would highly recommend CNL Construction. The price we paid was more than fair and our leak has been fixed! Thank you for the great job!"

"Work started incredibly late. Most work was done as agreed upon. Contractor provided a few incentives on the building for being behind schedule. However, there were several items that had to be reminded about. There were also several items that were not done, or done poorly. I had to call the contractor because of missing insulation and covering, and they never came out to repair as promised. My side yard where a trailer sat for weeks was damaged, and was not repaired. The contractor did have sub contractors."
