We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Justin and his crew did a great job. We had them re-do two bathrooms. One was a full re-do including tile floors, full tile shower and countertop. Once the tile floor was being installed they suggested that we take parts 2x2 inch squares of the shower floor tile and integrate it into the rest of the floor. The result was just stunning it made the floor very custom. It did cost more but it was very worth it. The crew was very easy to work with at all times. We had small issue with a tile that had cracked as it settled. One I called they were out right away to fix it. When the replaced tile was setting up another trade stepped on it messing it all up. Justin sent his guy out to fix it at no cost. I ever told him he could charge us because it was not his fault. We picked out counter tops at Menards. Justin sold the exact same tops to us for less money because he is a dealer also. Over all everything went great and our bathrooms look fantastic. I would highly recommend Justin "Bathman" any time."

Within a week they started and installed a new tiled shower and floor, new vanity, lights, toliet and totally redid and textured the walls and ceiling with a complete new paint job. "It went very well.  Despite the fact that I live in Tennessee and this company is in Boston, they helped me a great deal.  I can't remember what I actually paid them, but it seemed reasonable for what I got:  unlimited access to the decorator's assistance.   I had already chosen some of the elements needed for my bathroom remodel, but got bogged down over colors/curtains/light fixtures at the end.  I just needed some help in tying everything together.
Their decorator (Amanda Zettel) and I worked mainly through Pinterest;  I made a board of my bathroom, using pictures of what I'd chosen already, and she sent me links to items that she thought I would like in categories that I needed.  We also talked over the phone several times, and emailed, too.  I believe Homemade Design will also help you with vendors and purchasing, though I didn't use that service.  Amanda did send me to some new websites, and I chose my bathroom lights from one of them.  Amanda helped me choose the finish, the shades, and the placement of the fixtures, which I love.  They are unique and charming - thanks, Amanda!
She also sent me several names of paint colors to chose from for the bath.  Because of the variations in computer screen colors, some people might not be comfortable with this, but I wanted to be the one who actually picked the color.  I just felt a little overwhelmed at the huge selection, so Amanda was able to narrow my choices to a range that I could live with.  The color has been up on my wall for over a month now, and I'm very happy with it.
All in all, this was a very good experience, and I will definitely use Jeff and Amanda's help again!"
