"Many of the homes in our neighborhood are about that age when the builder installed roof needs replaced. We had been considering contacting someone about a new roof on our 20-year-old home and I really wanted to consider a higher quality option because I had heard from a neighbor about a 50-year roof. A Home Pro representative stopped by our home and I liked what I heard about their roofing system and set up a meeting. The company representative was friendly and described the GAF system they used in great detail and we were convinced this was the right system for us because it matched the quality and 50-year warranty I was looking for. I was expecting a steep price but I found the complete price in our budget. We were also pleased with the speed and accuracy of the planning as well as being given access to the software they use to create measurements and visualize the home. Given that we set this up to be done in March I was expecting at least a few weeks delay but Home Pro got the work scheduled on the first clear days. We love our house with all of gabling and trimwork and we thought it might be a complicated job, but it was completed by their installation team quickly in two days with no leftover mess or disruptions. We love the resulting look and even the look of the GAF venting system and have received compliments from neighbors. I would definitely recommend HomePro if you are looking for a quality roof that will last as well as hold value."

"Jake was a very helpful guy after a tornado tore up a few trees in our yard, exposing years of moss and algae growth on our siding. He quickly responded and helped our neighbors clean up the downed trees, Power washed the siding and roofing, He also replaced some fascia and repaired our chimney cap that blew off during the storm He was very pleasant and helpful beyond what we asked for."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I was very happy with the work being done initially. Leo was very attentive, followed up along with Doug the business owner checking up on the work being done. Felt very good about my decision. Late in getting gutters installed but was done 3 weeks later (maybe that is normal). First rain finding a lot of water running down my facia between the gutter and facia. Very responsive initially to that problem but 3 weeks later, now finding company out of business. Business phone mail box full. Called office clerk finding out she left 3 weeks ago along with Leo leaving me high and dry!!! This sucks!!!"

"All Star did a great job on all aspects of the job. I was given my choice of colors for the roof and siding with samples to hold together to see the match. The roofers showed up early and stayed late to get as much done as possible the first day. They showed early the second day and stayed until all work was complete and clean-up was done. The roof is beautiful. The siding guys had it a little tougher due to weather but did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. The siding is beautiful, and the fascia work is just great. It really looks like a new house. The 6 inch white gutters really set off the whole appearance of the house. The gutter guys added some extended downspouts for me that were not in the original estimate and that really helps get the water away from the house. The appearance of my house before was not too bad, but now it really looks like a new house. I really love the work done and professionalism of everyone involved."
