He was timely, courteous, had a creative solution to the problem that worked perfectly and not only removed his trash but even wiped out the cabinet leaving it cleaner than when he arrived. "Overall, it went pretty well. I took a while to decide on which of the colours and edging I wanted; they did a good job of following up and reminding me. Since this work is for a house I'm renting, I wasn't always able to get measurements quickly. There were some quirks. The Big Deal price doesn't include removal and disposal of the old countertop; that was an additional $300. It also doesn't include the re-attachment of the sink as they don't do that work so I needed to get a plumber involved. To be fair, both of these were disclosed in the Big Deal and by them afterwards. Since this is template-based, I went out to the house and met an installer who created the template. He worked quickly but, unfortunately, his English was rather limited and several times during the entire project, he had to call their main office and hand me the phone so I could talk to someone there instead. This slowed down the process and made the interactions feel clumsy. On a positive note, they do care about the work; I had decided on 1/4" bevel edging and the main office called back and said that that edging has a higher risk of chipping and, since this is a rental, I should go with the 3/8" round instead, which I did. Since I was reusing my old sink, they brought the slab in and cut the hole for it on-site but used a vacuum and cleaned up the dust quite well. They also lowered the slide-in sink since the new countertop are thinner than the old one. This was after yet another back-and-forth conversation that resulted in a phone call to the main office so they could tell me they would do the work but wouldn't be liable for any resulting damage; there was none. The result looks good and once I get the sink re-attached, all will be well. There are still a couple of minor issues but it is a worthwhile upgrade."

"I found Wes on Angie's list and gave him a very difficult cabinet leveling job and he burned through it like a hot knife through butter. The cabinets formed a 6-foot L shape, and was 1 3/4 inches off level over the worst run...that's a lot. The first thing he did was turn two problems into an advantage... Rather than having the end of the countertop way up in the air and the other run of the L up blocking the bottom of a window, he suggested scribing and cutting the cabinets down (instead of shimming up as normally done), to instead lower the high point which also brought the countertop nicely below the window. Two problems solved by thinking outside of the box; it never would have occurred to me, now would I have been capable of doing it. Wes scribed with a compass and took a skillsaw to the bottom of the cabinets, even the complexly shaped corner cabinet of the L...and dropped the cabinets in and each was within a tenth of a millimeter on his first try...amazing talent.

"I have worked with Brian for many years.  In the past, he has removed the soffit from the front of my house in preparation for painting it.  He also installed a new front door.  Inside, he replaced carpeting in the upstairs bedroomsand installed a fan in the family room - with no electrical box in the ceiling prior to installation. 
I just had him do a kitchen and bathroom remodel.  In the kitchen, he took out all the cabinets, countertops, appliances and
fluorescent light fixture.  Brian installed recessed lighting in it's place, repaired and painted the ceiling.  This meant adding new circuits for these lights as well as the new under cabinet lighting. New cabinets with crown molding, sink and faucet, granite countertops, garbage disposal,  and appliances were brought into my small working kitchen with extreme effiency.  In the middle of the job, my hot water heater went.  Within 36 hours he had a new one delivered and running.
The 2 bathrooms required taking vanities, tiolets and the shower/tub out.  Brian installed new vanities, granite countertops, sinks and faucets, toilets and a tub with a shower surround.  This invovled new plumbing and carpentry as nothing was plumb!  He also replaced the light fixture with a light /exhaust fan combo. 
One thing leads to another, so I decided to Have him remove an old fan from the stairwelland put recessed lights in it's place.  I wanted a fan in my bedroom, again with no electricy source in the ceiling so he did all the electrical work to make that happen. 
His work is impeccable.  I am so impressed with his knowledge and skill set.  My basement is the next thing I want to do.  I'll be calling Brian again when I'm ready for that job!
